What is Our Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with an item, you may Contact Us by dialing 1 866 477-0990. A delay of 30 days after reception is allowed for refund or exchange.
If we sent the right items, but you are not satisfied with the product, you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees and you will have to choose an exchange or a Web site credit.
If we sent the wrong items or if the items are damaged, we will pay the shipping and handling fees and we will send the right items as soon as possible. We will perhaps ask for a picture of the item before accepting the return.
What are the Conditions for a Return?
All exchanged items have to be in perfect shape.
What is the Procedure for a Return?
Please follow the following steps before returning an item:
- Contact Us free of cost by dialling 1 866 477-0990 or by emailing to contact@ducksandgifts.com to notify us.
- Copy the order invoice and keep the original. Write the reason of the return behind the invoice.
- Use the original box, a padded envelope or a box to return the item.
- If possible, send with a carrier that gives you a transport follow up number.
