How to order by mail
Money order: Canada, United States of America and International
Cheque: Canada and United States of America only (non-certified cheque orders will be delayed up to three weeks while the cheque is being cleared)
C.O.D.: Canada only

Step 1 - Make sure the items you are purchasing are currently in stock.
It is important that you ask us if we still have the product you want in stock. For information on our in stock or shipping and handling fees, call our toll-free number at 1 866 477-0990. We are open weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern standard time and are closed on week-ends.
Step 2 - Choose your mode of payment.
You can pay by cheque or money order. We hold cheque orders for up to 3 weeks to ensure that the cheque clears before we mail your order. We do not accept International or temporary cheques, as of yet. Be sure to include your name and current billing address on the backside of the cheque (please print). Orders placed using money orders are shipped within 48 hours.
We recommend using money orders or a credit card for faster service.
For Canadian residents, it is possible to pay C.O.D. at the postal office.
Step 3 - Download our order form here
Our order forms are available to download off our site. Print the form and fill it out completely before sending it in (please print). Make sure you include your shipping and billing information, your order, and the total price (including correct shipping & handling). For Canadian residents, please do not forget G.S.T. and Quebec residents do not forget G.S.T. and P.S.T.. Do not forget to leave a phone number so we can get a hold of you if there is a problem.
Step 4 - Mail your order.
Enclose your cheque, money order, or credit card number, and your order form in a secure envelope, and mail it to this address:

Allow up to a week for your order to be received by us. It then takes anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks for us to deliver your order, depending on the shipping and payment method you've selected.
